I had an excellent experience with Laura Lawrence and Stuart Lawrence a top realtor team in Lakewood ranch. They walked me through the complicated new-build home buying process and advised me on pricing and most of all the negotiations to get the best deal. I was purchasing a second home and lived out of state during the build and Laura and Stuart kept me in the loop with regular pictures and updates. This really helped me feel at ease with the process and their assistance was much appreciated and way above the norm. I highly recommend Stuart and Laura to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell a property! 5 Star agents and service.

Stuart and Laura were one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. They were so dedicated to sell our home. They guided us through the process with such knowledgeable information on the market,the nearby homes,and zillow reports. Many customers want and expect to get top dollar for their home. My husband was one of those people. Stuart and laura worked skillfully to show us a realistic price point for our home. They held more open houses then we would ever expected. When offers came in they wasted no time to meet with us. I just can’t tell you how greatful we were to have them sell our house. Thet are such a great team.
